Boyne Forever Foundation Program CoordinatorThe Boyne Forever Foundation (BFF) is an independent public charity/nonprofit established in partnership with Boyne Resorts, dedicated to supporting the places, people, and communities that make mountain life possible. Through three core pillars—Environment, Community, and Team Members—BFF funds initiatives that protect mountain landscapes, strengthen resort communities, and provide meaningful support for Boyne team members across our resorts.The Boyne Forever Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the Foundation Leadership and help manage key administrative and operational functions of the foundation. This role blends traditional administrative responsibilities with operational support for BFF's charitable programs and internal workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesManage workflows within the GivingData portal for BFF charitable requestsAssign incoming in-kind donation requests to the appropriate resort reviewerManage Annual Community Grants and Team Educational Scholarship Grant CyclesTrack review status and ensure requests are processed in a timely mannerMaintain organized records of donations and requests across multiple Boyne Resorts propertiesAssist with preparation of documents, presentations, and correspondenceAbility to support with communication and education with employees and external stakeholders including newsletters, social media, and marketing materialEnter incoming donation records into Sales ForceProvide administrative support for foundation events, campaigns, and initiativesPerform other duties as assigned to support foundation operationsTravel to resorts as needed (<10% of time)Financial Tracking SupportAssist with basic tracking of incoming funds across multiple revenue streams and resortsMaintain organized spreadsheets to track donations, activations, and fundraising initiativesSupport documentation needed for reporting and reconciliationQualificationsEducationPost-secondary education required (Associate's degree, certification, or similar) preferredBachelor's degree preferredExperience1–2 years of experience as an Program Coordinator OR1–2 years of experience in the ski industry or resort operations1-2 years of experience of non-profit industry experience or grants management preferredLocationRemote workPreference to candidate located within a state of resort operationsSkillsAbility to manage software programs- Salesforce, GivingData, Fundraising Platforms and MicrosoftExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong written communication and professional email etiquetteAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independentlyComfortable working with spreadsheets, digital platforms, and scheduling toolsHigh level of discretion and professionalismFlexible schedule within the 25 -32 hour weekly range
