General Responsibilities Performs LIS / computer operations and clerical functions as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Graduate of an accredited Phlebotomy certificate program preferred. At least 2 years of active phlebotomy experience required. The applicant must possess current skills in the required areas. Phlebotomy Certificate from an accredited phlebotomy program and a National Certification with one of the following recognized organizations: American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP), American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (ASPT), or National Certification Agency for Medical Laboratory Personnel (NCA).
