Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting within an assigned territory
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using HCHB electronic medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and outcomes
• Travel to patient homes within the designated service territory, including Spokane County and potentially lower Stevens County

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Washington
• Minimum of 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years
• Proficiency with or ability to learn HCHB electronic medical records system
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits within the service territory

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with home health regulatory and documentation requirements
• Strong time management and ability to work independently in a field-based setting
