Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Compassion Wave Pathway, you will engage in a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and formulating tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Delivering therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, adapting your methods to meet individual client needs.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure continuity of care and compliance.
\n
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a cohesive treatment approach for clients.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance your clinical skills and ensure the highest quality of care delivery.

• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families to empower them in understanding mental health issues and treatment options available.

• Remaining abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health care to integrate best practices into your treatment modalities.
