Restoration Project Manager

Restoration Supervisor / Crew ChiefThe Restoration Supervisor / Crew Chief prescribes, coordinates, controls, and performs work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the crew chief demonstrates to customers and clients the company's Here to Help® commitment. Training and development program available, which can include industry certifications.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfactionCommunicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activitiesCoordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control - this is a labor intensive positionIdentify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all timesDocument a detailed and accurate job file to support the services providedManage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.Water, fire, mold, biohazard cleanupExtraction, demo, monitoring, equipment placement, carpet cleaning, mold remediationPosition RequirementsEffective written and oral communication with basic math and tablet skills neededExperience in cleaning/restoration is necessaryIICRC certifications preferredValid driver's license with good driving recordAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPay rate based on experience and certifications. Majority of hours will be Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm. However, some evening, night and weekend work is required as we are on-call 24/7 for emergency losses. Bonuses provided for on-call weeks. Overtime will be required as needed.
