Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Wisconsin
• Current ASHA (CCC-SLP) certification
• Department of Public Instruction (DPI) teacher certification for Wisconsin
• Experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to student success

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using appropriate tools
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide therapy and support to students individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
