The Operations & Yard Assistant supports the day-to-day running of company operations through a mix of administrative and hands-on work. The role keeps operational records and shipping documents, tracks inventory, and coordinates with field personnel, vendors, and customers. It also helps in the yard as needed: loading and unloading trucks, operating a forklift, preparing hazmat shipments, assisting with blending, and running parts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable moving between the office and the yard.
