SAP BW/BOBJ + BDC, SLT, Snowflake & Power BI Senior Developer

Position Overview Job Title: SAP BW/BOBJ + BDC, SLT, Snowflake & Power BI Senior Developer Number of Openings: 2 Minimum Experience: 12+ years Every resource must have 5+ years of SAP BW/BOBJ experience. Power BI is mandatory for every resource. Each candidate must independently meet the minimum experience requirement. The team should collectively cover BDC/Datasphere, SLT, Snowflake, HANA modeling, ABAP/BDC/LSMW, security, and functional domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Provide production support and enhancements for: SAP BW 7.5 SP15 on HANA 2.0 SAP BOBJ 4.2 SP5
Support data replication from both SAP and non-SAP sources.
Develop and support BW/BI Integrated Planning solutions.
Perform SAP HANA modeling and reporting development.
Work with: LSA LSA++ ADSOs HANA Views HANA Calculation Views
Develop and maintain BW data sources, cubes, DSOs/ADSOs, transformations, queries, and workbooks.
Develop and support BOBJ reporting solutions.
Provide data warehouse architecture guidance.
Perform impact analysis for changes and enhancements.
Ensure consistency of facts and dimensions across reporting and data warehouse solutions.
Support enterprise reporting and business intelligence requirements using SAP BW/BOBJ and Power BI.

SAP BW / HANA Skills

Strong hands-on experience with: SAP BW 7.5 HANA 2.0 BW on HANA LSA LSA++ ADSOs HANA Views HANA Calculation Views Real-time reporting BW/BI Integrated Planning BW data sources InfoCubes DSOs Transformations BW Queries Workbooks Data replication SAP and non-SAP data integration SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ)
The candidate should have hands-on experience with: Web Intelligence (WebI) Analysis for Office (AO) BEx Analyzer Query Designer Design Studio / AOLAP SAP Lumira SAP Dashboards Crystal Reports Experience should include report development, enhancement, troubleshooting, production support, and performance optimization.
Power BI Mandatory for every resource. Candidates should have experience with: Power BI report development Data modeling Dashboard development Data integration Reporting and visualization Connecting enterprise data sources Supporting production Power BI environments
HANA & Advanced Analytics The team should collectively provide experience with: HANA Calculation Views Real-time reporting HANA data modeling HANA predictive formula coding HANA-based reporting solutions Performance optimization
SAP Development Skills Team-level coverage should include: ABAP ABAP Objects / OO-ALV BAPIs BDC LSMW ABAP debugging SAP BW development SAP reporting development
Data Replication & Modern Data Platforms The team should collectively cover: SAP Datasphere / Business Data Cloud SAP Datasphere Business Data Cloud (BDC) SAP data integration Modern SAP data architecture SAP Landscape Transformation SLT SAP/non-SAP data replication Real-time replication Data integration Snowflake Snowflake data platform Data integration Enterprise data warehousing Reporting/analytics integration
Security Team-level experience should include: SAP BW Security BW authorization concepts WebDynpro security EUNA security model Reporting security Role/access management
Functional Domain Knowledge The team should collectively have functional literacy across: HCM Human Capital Management FILO Finance & Logistics EAM Enterprise Asset Management IS-U Industry Solutions for Utilities
