Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician III2+ years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or related environment, with knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.Mechanical troubleshooting experience with belts, gears, bearings, motors, VFDs, sensors, and basic electrical repair skills.Familiarity with PLCs, CMMS systems, Microsoft Office, and supporting equipment installation, training, and downtime reduction.Associate's degree in Electrical-Mechanical or Industrial Mechanics preferred; welding, fabrication, cutting, or oilfield experience is a plus, along with stable work history and strong job tenure.Why Work Here?Multiple shift options available: 1st Shift (Mon-Thu 6:00 AM-4:30 PM), 2nd Shift (Mon-Thu 4:00 PM-2:30 AM), and 3rd Shift (Fri-Sun 6:00 AM-6:30 PM).Earn additional pay through shift differentials for night and weekend schedules.Opportunities for career growth, including advancement into Team Lead and Supervisor positions.Work on a variety of industrial equipment, including CNC machines, lasers, welding machines, forklifts, conveyors, paint booths, blasters, and plasma cutting equipment, with a potential new vehicle stipend for eligible employees.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of New Braunfels, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $58240.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
