About the Team

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) is a critical part of our risk management organization ensuring we set the bar for regulatory compliance. Across AML, we are on an exciting mission to modernize our products through the novel intersection of data, AI, and customer centric experiences that will redefine the art of the possible. This role leads the investigator experience strategy and product management team and will focus on creating highly efficient, user centric, and industry leading capabilities in close collaboration with our investigative and data modeling teams. As a Product Leader, you’ll be at the center of defining our product strategy and driving change through rapid, iterative development cycles that accelerate learning and value delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
