Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks at residential and/or commercial properties
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and more
• Travel to job sites using a company-provided van, managing tools and materials efficiently
• Communicate professionally with clients to assess needs and explain completed work
• Complete jobs on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on site
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment in clean, working condition

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or general contractor
• Proficiency in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and drywall repair
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple job sites
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
