Senior Capability and Combat Relevance Program/Project/Management Analyst The NSI requires a Senior Capability and Combat Relevance Program/Project/Management Analyst to support the PMA 276 Program Office. Upon award of contract, the candidate will analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules; perform management, technical or business case analyses; collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft, weapon or project acquisition and product programs; track program or project status and schedules; apply government instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Location Lexington Park, MD Education MA/Masters Degree preferred. Allowable Substitution Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, or an Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, or Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. Experience At least 10+ years' experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program or project objectives. Desired Experience 3-year experience using NAVAIR PMT and/or CDRL Tool; prior NAVAIR experience within a Government Acquisition Integrated Product Team (IPT) to include cost, schedule and/or performance. Security Clearance Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
