Key Responsibilities Identify and engage new prospects, converting leads into long-lasting policies Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend customized insurance solutions Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products Build enduring client relationships, providing ongoing support and expertise Consistently surpass individual sales goals Stay current with the latest products and compliance standards Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals Contribute to team meetings and shape progressive sales strategies What We’re Looking For 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred) Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities Comfortable making outbound calls and closing deals Driven, coachable, and proactive attitude Highly organized with strong time management skills Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain) Bilingual skills are a valuable asset Why Build Your Career With Us?
