Traveling Executive Director

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced and driven Executive Director to aide in growth and development of our established Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Communities across our states of operation. • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of senior living or multi-department leadership experience
• Proven track record of operational and financial management success
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in senior living
• Demonstrated ability to build and retain high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment
