Driver – TerraBella Senior Living – The Haven and The Laurels at Carolina Place TerraBella Senior Living is one of the largest senior living organizations in the United States. You will be a critical member of our transportation team, ensuring residents receive safe and courteous transport to and from activities. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to and from activities. Assist disabled passengers in and out of the vehicle. Secure wheelchairs to restraining devices during trips. Operate radio, cell phone or pager to communicate with the base station or other vehicles. Maintain vehicles in good working condition, including cleaning, fueling and lubricating. Assist with vehicle registration and license plate renewal processes. Inspect and document vehicle condition on a monthly and per trip basis. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 21 years or older. Current commercial driver’s license (CDL). A suitable driving record in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations may be required. Experience in a customer‑service environment, preferably senior living. Knowledge of safety precautions and ability to comply with safety measures. Strong organization, time‑management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
