As a rapidly growing practice with a strong, built-in referral network, we are currently expanding our clinical team and integrating comprehensive surgical services to provide full-spectrum orthopedic care to our community.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Sports Medicine to join our thriving practice. In this role, you will serve as the foundational pillar of our orthopedic surgery division, working collaboratively with our established team of interventional pain management specialists.

This is a unique opportunity to step into an established, busy practice with immediate internal cross-referrals. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in sports-related injuries, arthroscopy, and minimally invasive joint procedures, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset to help lead and grow the orthopedic service line.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal injuries, focusing on sports-related conditions and joint disorders.

Perform surgical and non-surgical interventions, including advanced arthroscopic procedures of the knee, shoulder, hip, and other joints.

Develop comprehensive, individualized patient treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary clinical team.

Foster strong relationships with local referring physicians, physical therapists, and athletic trainers to continue building the practice’s sports medicine footprint.

Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) and uphold the highest standards of clinical quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.

Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency program.

Completion of a recognized Fellowship in Orthopedic Sports Medicine.

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS).

Active, unencumbered medical license to practice in the state of New Jersey (or eligible to obtain).

Patient-centric approach with excellent communication skills and bedside manner.

Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
