Project Executive

Skanska is searching for a dynamic Project Executive to develop and implement plans that deliver projects and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible. The role involves supporting project teams, collaborating with external stakeholders, managing client contacts, generating business, negotiating contracts, estimating and bidding, managing profit/loss of assigned projects, and supervising project staff. Responsibilities Develop and implement a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible. Support project teams and collaborate with external stakeholders. Manage all company contacts with new and existing clients. Generate business, negotiate contracts, estimate, bid, and manage profit/loss of assigned projects. Supervise project staff. Qualifications 10+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction. 10+ years track record of delivering on-time projects. 10+ years experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects. 10+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety. 10+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control. 10+ years managing and developing successful teams.
