We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing health care team.

We welcome both experienced Registered Nurses and new graduate RN's who are eager to begin their nursing career in a supportive and patient-focused environment.

Current opportunities are primarily available with our medical surgical service units including:

• General Medical Surgical

• Orthopedic Medical Surgical

• Renal

• Stroke and Neurological Care

• Telemetry/DOU/Cardiac Step-down

Shift’s Available: Days and Nights

Employment Types: Full Time and PRN

Hours: 12hr Shifts

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000.00*

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, clinical monitoring, and team support. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and maintain clinical excellence.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per nursing standards

• Monitor vital signs, cardiac telemetry, and diagnostic results

• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and the care team

• Educate patients and families on disease management, procedures, and discharge planning

• Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed nursing staff

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Current and valid state RN License. 2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred. 4. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred. 5. Ventilator Management experience preferred. 6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
