Residential Counselor Community Resources For Justice, Inc. – Winchendon, Massachusetts, United States About this position CRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Residential Counselors to support the wonderful individuals we serve! This is a full‑time, 40‑hours/week, non‑exempt position based in Winchendon, MA. The position is eligible for benefits and starts at $18 per hour. Schedule TBD | 3:00pm – 11:00pm Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips. Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals in their Individual Service Plan. Serve as a positive role model, ensuring clients attain the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings. Administer medications and complete documentation in a timely manner (progress notes, weekly summaries, attendance). Job Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others. Must pass required certifications within the agency‑specified timeframe.
