Associate Director, Behavioral Health & Crisis Care

Compass Health Center in Falls Church, VA, is launching an associate director role to supervise therapists across adult programs. You will mentor staff, oversee quality of care, and collaborate with the Center of Excellence to refine core curricula. You’ll recruit and hire staff, coordinate care with outside providers, participate in crisis management, and contribute to building a strong culture while advancing patient outcomes in Mood/Anxiety, Trauma, OCD, and Substance Use. #J-18808-Ljbffr Compasshealthcenter
