Location: Isanti, MN

Wage:

1st Shift: $18.00/hr.

2nd Shift: $19.00/hr.

Hours:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 am 3:30 pm, Monday Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm 2:00 am, Monday Thursday

Duties of the entry-level production associates:

• Assemble wood products using blueprints and production specifications
• Operate hand tools, nail guns, and measuring tools
• Move materials and finished products using a forklift
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Meet daily production and safety goals
• Perfect for recent high school graduates, entry-level job seekers, and anyone looking to start a career in manufacturing

Requirements of the entry-level production associates:

• No experience necessary on-the-job training provided
• Ability to lift 5075 lbs. throughout the shift
• Ability to read a tape measure, communicate in basic English, and pass a background check
