Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hi-Lift Forklift Operator / General Labor Associate to join a warehouse team in Denton, TX. This position is responsible for operating a hi-lift forklift to move materials and inventory, while also assisting with general warehouse duties such as packing, building shipping crates, and preparing large metal shelving and display units for shipment. This is a hands-on position that requires both forklift experience and a strong work ethic.

• $18.00/hour
• Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hi-Lift Forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Load, unload, and transport large metal shelving, displays, and other warehouse products
• Assist with packing and preparing orders for shipment
• Build wooden shipping crates and secure products for safe transportation
• Help with loading and unloading trucks
• Inspect products for damage and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Perform general labor and warehouse duties as assigned when not operating the forklift

Requirements

• Previous Hi-Lift Forklift experience required
• Valid forklift certification required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable handling large, heavy metal shelving and display units
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Clean background check and drug screen required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay & Benefits

• $18.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Full-time position
• Stable Monday–Friday schedule
• Opportunity for overtime
