- Hiring Process: Profile Review: Profile Review with MedSol Clinical, Interview with Unit manager at facility - Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted - Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote Department: Inpatient Pharmacy - Mercy Hospital Certs/Licensure Requirements Colorado Pharmacist License, BLS What areas will they cover (ER, ICU, Inpt, Outpt, etc.) All hospital service areas (ER, ICU, Inpatient, Imaging, Cath, Hospice etc) Common Duties/Job Requirements/Skills Pyxis pulls, Patient review, DTMs, MDR rounding, Phone Triage, Medication protocols/dosing, etc Experience or 'Must have' skills Must have expereince with Sterile Compounding and hospital pharmacy operations Pharmacy Manager/Supervisor Anna Swanson Pharmacy Techs? Yes Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) Pharmacists work a variety of 10 hour shifts and every other weekends. Shift times vary between the hours of 0600-2200. Weekend Requirements Every 4-6th weekend depending Holiday Requirements As assigned Is there an on-call requirement? Yes, one night weekly Medication Dispensing System? How does it work?
