Construction Project Manager

Project Manager – Commercial General Contractor Dallas–Fort Worth, TX A reputable and growing Commercial General Contractor in DFW is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their expanding team. This contractor specialises in K-12, Municipal, Healthcare, and Higher Education projects, delivering a mix of ground-up and renovation projects with values up to $15M. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with Owners and Design Teams Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, or quality Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Oversee project documentation, billing, forecasting, and closeout activities Requirements 6–10 years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial projects Experience with K-12, Municipal, Healthcare, or Higher Education projects is highly preferred Track record managing projects in the $5M–$15M range Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Must be local to the DFW area or able to commute to the office regularly What's on Offer Performance-based bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off and holidays Opportunity to work on high-profile public and commercial projects across the DFW market Long-term career progression with a well-established and growing General Contractor #J-18808-Ljbffr
