- Flexibility to travel to job sites across Southern California (and occasional out-of-town projects).
Why Golden Construction?
We’re a family-owned company with over 36 years of experience, but we’re not stuck in the past. At Golden Construction, you’ll get:
- Real impact — Your leadership directly shapes the success of our projects.
- Variety — Healthcare, tenant improvements, ground-up builds — no two projects are the same.
- Growth — Be part of a team that invests in your development, not just your output.
- Respect & Recognition — You’re more than a title here.
Your Next Step
If you’re ready to bring projects to life, lead teams with confidence, and grow with a company that values your vision, we’d love to talk.
Apply today — let’s build something great together.
