Mid-Level Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment

Mid-level Associate Attorney – Labor & Employment F3 Law provides legal support to the public schools that serve our children and communities. We have an opening for a Labor & Employment attorney in our Sacramento office who would help support K‑12 school and community college clients navigate a broad range of operational legal issues. The incumbent will work alongside collegial and results‑oriented practitioners in multiple practice areas, including Labor and Employment, Negotiations, Students, and Public Agency Governance. Provide legal support to public schools and community colleges. Assist clients in navigating operational legal issues. Conduct legal research, drafting, and analytical work. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas. We seek a thoughtful attorney with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with 4–6 years of practice experience. Candidates must be a member of the State Bar of California. This position’s reasonably expected base salary range is $140,000 – $190,000 per year. The actual base salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
