Sales Representative for Daily Goods

Are you our new sales representative for daily goods in the Agder and Telemark districts? Do you want to work with the strong brands Libero, Libresse, TENA, and Torky? At Essity, we offer an exciting opportunity as a temporary field sales representative.

This role is important for the stores in the region and for Essity as a supplier. As a sales consultant, you will be sales and category responsible for stores in your own district.

You will be one of 7 sales responsible for the daily goods industry in Norway, and part of a team consisting of 4 key account managers, 2 market managers, and some specialist and service roles.

The position reports to the Sales Manager and is a temporary role until March 31, 2027 (with the possibility of extension).

Main Responsibilities Will Be:

• Building positive customer relationships and ensuring good cooperation with the stores you are responsible for
• Actively working to be the preferred partner within our categories
• Follow-up on key agreements
• Sales, resale, activities, and category guidance to customers
• Implementation of key and local campaigns
• Daily reporting of work done in the CRM system according to company routines

You will be measured on:

• Sales figures and store follow-up in your own stores (ability to achieve estimated potential in stores in your own district)
• Good implementation of activities/measures in the individual store
• Good efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

Who Are You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Practical sales experience (preferably from the daily goods industry)
• Experience in using IT tools
• Driving license class B and access to your own car
• An offensive and relationship-building sales profile
• Structure and efficiency in your own working methods
• Winning instinct, competitive spirit, and sales skills
• Drive, independence, and reliability as values
• Permanent residence in the region you will work in
