Palm Coast Care Team – Immediate Openings

A 24-hour home care case in Palm Coast is opening up significant scheduling opportunities for qualified caregivers. Concierge Care is currently building the team needed to provide dependable coverage seven days a week , and we are ready to get qualified applicants started immediately.

This is an especially good opportunity for caregivers who want regular weekly hours , including those available for weekends, evenings, or overnight shifts .

Because care is needed around the clock , we are filling several recurring schedules across the week.

Available coverage includes:

• Monday through Friday
• Saturday and Sunday
• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight coverage
• Recurring weekly schedules
• Opportunities for substantial weekly hours
• Immediate start for qualified caregivers

W-2 position with Concierge Care
$18–$22 per hour (select assignments may offer higher rates)
Paid weekly by direct deposit

Caregivers also have access to additional client opportunities as availability allows. Our team handles scheduling and works to create dependable assignments while maintaining the flexibility of PRN employment.

New caregivers who successfully complete the onboarding process and meet the required bonus eligibility requirements can receive a $100 hiring bonus.

Dependable and committed to your scheduled shifts, comfortable providing one-on-one care in a private home, and looking for an opportunity where consistent availability can translate into consistent hours .

Weekend and overnight availability is especially welcomed.

-Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)

-Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

-CPR certification

-Social Security card

-A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases

-Completed CEUs:
• 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication

-Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
