Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Collection's Supervisor, the Collector exercises primary responsibility for maintenance and liquidation of the Hospital's accounts receivables.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Knowledge and ability to utilize a computer
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, to be a self-starter, and demonstrate a pleasant voice and good public relations while performing duties.
• HMO/PPO knowledge required.

Licensure and Certification:

• N/A

Education:

• Minimum high school graduate or GED equivalent.

Experience:

• Three to five (3-5) years' experience in a hospital, medical and/or related field
• Computer experience required
