Surplus Lines Tax Analyst

Detail-oriented and self-directed, the remote Tax Analyst will manage surplus lines tax filings, reports, and reconciliations across all states while assisting with client correspondence and project management in a full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities Timely and accurately complete state regulatory surplus lines tax filings and reconcile filings with the InsCipher Connect platform Maintain knowledge of surplus lines tax regulations and assist with compliance research for various states Provide excellent customer service and document all correspondence with clients and state entities Required Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 2+ years of filing experience or 3+ years in accounting, compliance, or insurance-related roles Knowledge of surplus lines is a plus Intermediate skills in Excel or other spreadsheet software Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills
