Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to address various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.

• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to remain current in mental health practices and research advancements.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, accompanied by an attractive bonus structure.
