Bilingual Field Store Associate (Spanish)

Job Description The Field Store Associate will be primarily responsible for driving and increasing sales at Lowe’s stores. This position engages customers in the Paint and Pro departments, generates customer leads, implements effective sales and marketing programs, provides exceptional customer service, and manages merchandising. Location and Schedule Store: Lowe’s Store #2812, 1455 IH 35 South, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Schedule: Part‑time, weekdays/afternoons/weekends. The schedule is based on business needs and is subject to change. Responsibilities Drive sales growth and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Engage customers, determine their needs, and present appropriate products and services. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Provide in‑store Pro Desk paint support, manage promotional events, and facilitate connectivity between paint and pro desks. Maintain Pro customer color files, tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed. Ensure proper store appearance, inventory practices, and visual standards for color walls and back stock. Build productive relationships and trust with wholesale and retail customers. Train Lowe’s associates on product knowledge, application methods, and company training programs. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without needing sponsorship for a work visa. Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail, customer service, delivery, or a related field. Experience selling paint or paint-related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish or another language.
