Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement overall strategy for the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve peak performance
• Manage financial performance, including controlling costs, achieving sales targets, and reading P&L statements
• Handle all aspects of staffing, including scheduling, training, and employee development
• Ensure compliance with all operational policies, health, and safety standards
• Build positive customer relationships and create a welcoming environment

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST have a minimum of 4+ years of General Manager experience in a QSR environment (preferably Wendy's or a similar QSR environment)
• Strong understanding of food ordering systems and P&L management
• Proven ability to manage teams, schedule shifts, and train and develop staff
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for leading by example
• Highly motivated with a drive to help our restaurant thrive
• Ability to foster a team-oriented culture and support staff growth
