International Sales Executive
Do you have strong roots in the Italian trade lane and a solid book of business? We're looking for a driven and well-connected International Sales Executive to expand our presence across the Italian market. This is a high-impact role with significant earning potential, ideal for someone who's ready to hit the ground running and be rewarded for real results. We are open to a high base salary for top talent with proven client relationships and freight forwarding experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop & Expand Business
- Grow international freight forwarding salesfocusing on Italy-U.S. trade
- Target importers/exporters across industries (FCL, LCL, airfreight, etc.)
- Identify new opportunities and close deals independently or with team support
Client Management
- Maintain and grow your book of business
- Deliver tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure top-tier service and execution
Market Development
- Focus on Italian accounts and trade lanes; leverage cultural and language familiarity
- Understand shipping cycles, compliance requirements, and customs dynamics
Stay current on global logistics trends, rates, and client pain points
