The Maintenance Technician Apartments plays a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and smooth operation of apartment facilities. Working within a small team, this technician conducts routine maintenance, handles repair requests, and performs preventive inspections while maintaining accurate records. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position primarily involves hands-on work with tools and equipment during standard weekday hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work across apartment facilities
- Inspect equipment and systems regularly to identify issues
- Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas
- Utilize maintenance management software for scheduling and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
