Shapiro Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Skin Klinic combines Dr. Shapiro's plastic surgery practice and Paradise Valley Skin Klinic under one roof - offering a convenient destination for patients' aesthetic needs. The entire staff exemplifies compassion and kindness, with everyone working towards the same goal - which is to provide the highest level of aesthetic care in a warm and welcoming environment.
The front desk coordinator for Shapiro Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Skin Klinic focuses on administrative duties while creating a welcoming environment for our patients. In this position, the front desk coordinator will assist patients with inquiries on services provided, pricing, and products available. In addition, they are responsible for capturing leads and patient data in the system accurately.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Greets patients and oversees entry of patient data in Nextech (EHR System)
- Captures contact information for prospective patients and generates leads
- Educates patients on services offered by Shapiro Aesthetic Plastic Surgery & Skin Klinic
- Answers phones and effectively communicates with patients on their inquiries
- Schedules appointments
- Alerts proper staff of patient's arrival
- Maintains a clean and organized front desk area
- Assists with social media marketing content
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization working effectively as a team member with other members of management and the clinic staff
Qualifications include:
- Prior experience in a cosmetic/plastic surgery setting preferred
- Positive, outgoing and friendly attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00
Experience:
- High end customer service: 2 years (Required)
