Scrum Master Opportunity

These roles will be split up between two squads: Agent Bot and Virtual Assistant.

Agent Bot is for internal employees--uses a bot to identify content/information needed for their jobs without needing to leverage in-person customer service/IT support personnel. Agent Bot is adding new features on UI, migrating older versions of Angular to newer. Need someone strong on the front-end, could be some API work upcoming so looking for full-stack engineers with some experience in Java/Spring Boot.

Virtual Assistant on NetBenefits--allows customers to find the content they need/avoid phone calls. Reduce amount of time phone associates spend answering questions that can be handled virtually by a bot.

Virtual Assistant does not need any additional front-end capabilities to add. Adding just a Scrum Master and SDET to mostly support back-end API functional testing on pre-built Java/Karate framework.

Project Overview: Develop, document, test, and deploy a modular, measurable, Fidelity’s digital standards-adherent prelogin web platform that allows internal product and marketing teams to communicate inclusive & brandbuilding pre-login content and experiences that welcome WI participants and better guide users into Fidelity’s digital channels.

Business goals, challenges, and relevant background: To increase the number of registration, log-in and workplace benefits enrollments. Replatform of the current experience to meet our technical brand experience requirements.
