Role Description

10+ years IT project management experience; PMP certification highly desirable

Proven track record leading multiple start-to-finish Workday implementations or migrations is required.

Implementation experience as employee of Workday or with a Workday service partner is highly desirable

Strong knowledge of Workday HCM required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in change management and developing employee training

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

High level of self-motivation and initiative, with a commitment to delivering excellence

Demonstrated track record of contributing both strategically and tactically at a consistently high level

1. PMP Certified Project Manager

2. Agile / Any Scrum or agile certifications.

3. Should be a solid project manager someone who should have manager big project like global projects.

4. Some knowledge or exp on Workday tenant migrations.

5. Again.. no program managers please.. solid PMP Project managers.

This is a Workday to Workday Tenant migration.

Need a Seasoned Project Manager with Workday experience.

Focus would be more on the project management skills rather than Workday technical skills.

This is only Workday HCM migration, no payroll or financials.

PM Should be able to work in Waterfall and Agile environments.

Should be comfortable working with Australia business unit.

Should have excellent comm skills.

Should work from Princeton Office.
