Infrastructure DevOps Engineer

Owning the AWS infrastructure for a high-availability voice AI platform, the full-time Infrastructure DevOps Engineer will design, build, and manage infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure platform reliability while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Birmingham, AL. Key responsibilities Design, build, and manage AWS infrastructure for a real-time voice AI platform Own CI/CD pipelines for build, test, deploy, and rollback automation across environments Monitor platform health and respond to infrastructure-level incidents, driving post-mortems Required qualifications 5+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles Deep hands-on AWS experience (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch) Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code, preferably Terraform Strong CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent) Solid understanding of networking, security groups, load balancing, and DNS
