Commercial HVACR Installer

Job Description Job Description Tidewater Mechanical LLC is hiring a dependable Commercial HVAC/R Installer to join our growing team. We are a commercial HVAC/R and mechanical company based in Chesapeake, Virginia. Our work includes commercial HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers and freezers, rooftop units, ductwork, line sets, controls, gas piping, equipment replacements, and mechanical installation projects. We are not a big-box HVAC company . At Tidewater Mechanical, good work is noticed, reliability matters, and the right person has room to grow as the company grows. Responsibilities * Install commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment * Assist with walk-in cooler/freezer installations and replacements * Install ductwork, line sets, piping, drains, and controls * Set and connect rooftop units, split systems, and related equipment * Perform brazing, basic wiring, and mechanical installation work * Follow jobsite safety procedures * Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in an organized manner * Communicate with supervisors, team members, and customers professionally * Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently Qualifications * Commercial HVAC/R installation experience preferred * Refrigeration or walk-in cooler/freezer experience is a plus * EPA certification is a plus * Valid driver's license required * Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely * Ability to lift equipment and materials as needed * Dependable, professional, and willing to learn * Ability to work well with a team * Must take pride in quality workmanship Company Description Tidewater Mechanical LLC is a growing commercial HVAC/R and mechanical company based in Chesapeake, Virginia.
