Individual & Small Business Tax Preparer

H&R Block is seeking a Tax Associate to deliver accurate, compliant, and client-focused tax preparation services. In this role, you will prepare individual and small-business tax returns, review financial documents, and clearly explain tax results and options to clients. You’ll use H&R Block’s professional tools, follow IRS and state regulations, and help identify tax-saving opportunities. Working in a seasonal yet potentially full-time capacity, you’ll collaborate with a supportive office team, receive comprehensive training, and build your expertise in tax, compliance, and client service while making a direct impact on clients’ financial decisions.
