Summary:

Equipment Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating industrial equipment and systems to maximize equipment performance, reliability, and availability while minimizing downtime and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment calibration.
• Diagnose equipment issues and restore equipment to proper operating condition.
• Maintain equipment records, preventive maintenance schedules, and repair logs.
• Respond to maintenance calls and prioritize work to minimize equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot industrial automation, mechatronics, mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot industrial sensors, including proximity, temperature, and flow sensors.
• Troubleshoot conveyor and conveyor systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following safety procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians and management to ensure efficient equipment operation.
• Continuously develop technical skills through training and hands-on experience.
• Perform maintenance activities independently or as part of a team.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a similar industry.
• Hands-on experience in industrial automation, mechatronics, or equipment maintenance.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, including pneumatic systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience with:
  • AC/DC circuits
  • Motors and motor controllers
  • Relays and contactors
  • Electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Experience operating, troubleshooting, and calibrating industrial sensors:
  • Proximity sensors
  • Temperature sensors
  • Flow sensors
• Knowledge of conveyor and conveyor systems.
• Strong equipment diagnostic and repair skills.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong learning ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Physical ability to stand, climb, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment.
