Threefold Village warmly invites applications for an Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing enrichment program. This part-time opportunity is both meaningful and rewarding for educators dedicated to the art of Waldorf early childhood education.
We are looking for a dedicated educator with experience and training in Waldorf early childhood pedagogy and Anthroposophy, who brings enthusiasm, warmth, and respect for the developmental journey of every child.
Required Qualifications:
- Waldorf Early Childhood Certification (or current enrollment in a recognized program)
- Experience teaching Waldorf early childhood pedagogy in any educational setting
- Proven ability to create a nurturing classroom environment and build strong partnerships with young children and their families
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Active engagement or strong interest in Anthroposophy or foundational studies
- Willingness to complete background check and fingerprinting requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- CPR certification
- Demonstrated classroom management experience
- Experience building and maintaining positive parent relationships
