Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner OpportunityWe are looking for a compassionate and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care clinic focused on value-based care to a senior population. This role is ideal for an NP who is passionate about geriatrics, preventive medicine, and building relationships with patients.You will work as part of an interdisciplinary care team in a supportive, clinic-based environment designed to allow providers to focus on patient care—not volume. This role will be a float role in the north part of Broward County. You will report directly to the Area Medical Director.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care services to adult and geriatric patients, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care managementManage chronic conditions with an emphasis on preventive care and wellnessPerform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plansCollaborate with physicians, care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and clinical support staff.
