The practice will be owned and operated by the physician, with MedCBO providing non‑clinical services such as revenue cycle management, EHR support, payer contracting, accounting, HR, supply chain, and technology implementation. The physician governs clinical operations and patient‑care policies; MedCBO does not direct patient care. Opportunity Description Start a new private practice Transition from employment to ownership Convert an existing practice to a supported model Relocate and establish a practice in a new market Physician Responsibilities Provide care within the physician’s specialty scope Develop and maintain professional relationships within the medical community Coordinate with MedCBO for payer credentialing Determine clinical services offered Manage clinical quality and patient experience Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination Billing and collections management Payer contract negotiation Financial infrastructure and reporting Operational workflows and staffing systems Technology platform and implementation Requirements MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice Interest in the independent practice model Preferred Desire for practice ownership Interest in community‑based care Leadership or program development interest Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural).
