Part-Time Maintenance Technician
Lafayette, LA | Part-Time | $22/Hr.
We are hiring a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to assist with building and property maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair duties
- Troubleshoot and repair A/C issues
- Respond to occasional emergency maintenance calls, including A/C failures or water/flooding issues
- Load and transport equipment using a personal vehicle
- Maintain equipment and work areas
- Complete other maintenance duties as assigned
Requirements
- A/C certification required
- Reliable personal vehicle required
- Ability to safely load and transport equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- Dependable and able to work independently
Schedule
- Part-Time
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM OR 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Occasional weekend work may be required for emergency maintenance calls, but this is not frequent.
Pay
- $22.00 per hour
