Ohio's Hospice in Wooster, OH is seeking an LPN Hospice House - PRN (registered nurse scope) to support inpatient unit care. The primary site is in Wooster with occasional float to the sister unit in New Philadelphia.

PRN requires 36 hours in a 6-week period, including premium Friday/Saturday/Sunday shifts and one 12-hour holiday shift annually. The RN role focuses on comprehensive patient/family assessments, care planning, and documentation in the EHR, with cross-team collaboration to ensure
