Position Summary We are seeking Field Service Technicians to provide in‑class service and maintenance for leading retail and restaurant customers. You will act as the first line of support, communicating effectively with customers to find timely solutions. Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 – $19.00 (based on location & experience) Overtime available at time and a half 7 paid holidays and 6 paid floating holidays Paid vacation – up to 80 hours in the first year 401(k) savings & retirement plan Company‑provided use‑only vehicle Medical insurance available immediately Responsibilities As a Field Service Technician, you will: Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively. Service electromechanical equipment such as self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory. Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls. Additional expectations include: Triaging customer issues and resolving problems proactively. Participating in virtual and hands‑on classroom training to accelerate learning. Building long‑term relationships with customers and driving customer satisfaction. Basic Qualifications Local candidate in the Lexington, KY area. Authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR Voyix fleet requirements. PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems. Ability to perform essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation. Prolonged travel with driving for several hours per day. Availability for rotating and weekend shifts, including holidays. Capability to lift tools, parts, and equipment up to 75lb without assistance or up to 150lb with assistance. Willingness to be trained on and operate small‑scale scissor lifts in retail environments. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software. A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification. One or more years of related experience.
