A growing Design-Build contractor/developer is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team on a $30M+ commercial construction project in Central Pennsylvania.


This organization has experienced tremendous growth, increasing from approximately $50M in annual volume over the last five years, with a substantial backlog of work already secured. What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with the management of a $30M+ commercial construction project
• Support project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and ownership
• Help track budgets, costs, and project progress
• Assist in keeping projects on schedule and within budget

What They're Looking For:

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience
• Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant PM, or similar role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Desire to learn, grow, and advance into a Project Manager role
