Local Delivery Driver (CDL A)

What you will enjoy doing* You are expected to provide a high standard of customer service during deliveries, including unloading products, moving them to customer use points, and reloading returned empty cylinders Drive for approximately 30 percent of the day, with the remainder spent on delivery tasks, cylinder handling, shipping paperwork, customer interactions, and vehicle inspections Accurately count and record quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up you will complete hazardous material shipping orders in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations Placard vehicles according to hazardous material regulations and company standards Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, identifying and ensuring timely repairs and maintenance You are going to operate various equipment including straight trucks, tractor/trailers, and forklifts Regularly engage with internal teams and external customers to support operational goals What makes you great You hold a valid Class A commercial driver’s license with tanker and hazardous materials endorsements Maintain at least five years of driving experience with no preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two years Have no alcohol-related convictions within the last ten years You possessa current medical examiner’s certificate or the ability to pass a Department of Transportation physical examination Demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing in English Hold a high school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development certificate You are at least 21 years of age or older Uphold a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer-focused service, thriving in a diverse and inclusive team environment where your unique perspective is valued Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
